What if I typed in the wrong personalization details?

Please contact us as soon as possible! Since this is a made to order production system, if you contact us before production has begun there is a chance we can change the details in time.

What is the return policy?

Since we are completely made to order and do not have any stock on hand, we can not accept returns for undamaged goods. If you have received an item that does not meet or exceed your expectations, please send us an email at doroshenkfarm@gmail.com so that we can address your concerns personally.

How soon will my product arrive?

Once an order is received, someone on our team will then begin the customization process. This will take 1-3 business days. Once the design is sent to our production partners, it will take 3-4 business days for your product to be created and shipped!

How do I change or cancel an order?

Once a design for an order has been created and sent to the production partner, unfortunately there is no way for the order to be changed or canceled. Please email us directly if you have any concerns regarding your order at doroshenkfarm@gmail.com
